• We are not responsible for any damaged, defective, or misrepresented items exchanged between users
• We do not guarantee the quality, authenticity, or condition of items listed by users
• We are not liable for any fraud, scams, or dishonest transactions between users
• We do not mediate disputes or provide refunds for failed exchanges or swaps
• We do not inspect or verify the condition of items before they are listed

User Risk and Responsibility

By using EvenOut, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All transactions are at your own risk - swap, exchange, or buy items at your own discretion
• You are responsible for verifying the condition and authenticity of items before exchange
• You should exercise caution when meeting other users and exchanging items
• EvenOut's verification system is designed to build trust but does not guarantee user reliability
• You should meet in safe, public locations and take appropriate safety precautions

Verification System Limitations

While our verification system helps build trust, it has important limitations:

• No background records: EvenOut holds no background records or criminal history of any user
• Verification is not a guarantee: A verification badge does not guarantee honest behavior or item quality
• User discretion required: Always use your judgment and common sense when interacting with other users
• Report suspicious activity: Report any suspicious behavior or fraudulent listings immediately
• No insurance coverage: EvenOut does not provide insurance or protection for exchanged items
